TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Unless otherwise stated all equipment offered is 2nd user.
2. Unless otherwise stated and agreed by HeyMot goods are sold as seen.
3. Although HeyMot will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on our web site, HeyMot proprietors, employees or other representatives will not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of the web site.
4. All equipment sold, is to the best of the knowledge of HeyMot in working order. If upon receipt the equipment is found not to be in working order, the purchaser must advise HeyMot immediately by phone and confrim in wrrting (Email or recorded delivery mail) within a maximum of 5 days from receipt of equipment, stating the perceived fault, for a refund claim to be considered. Claims will only be considered if the equipment has been paid for in full.
5. Warranty varies with individual equipment offered and will be advised at time of making an enquiry to purchase and/or as indicated on our web site and/or eBay. Where a 3 month returns to base warranty is offered, it is subject to the following conditions. Buyer pays return postage cost. Requests for returns will only be considered if made within 3 months of despatch date together with a valid reason for return. Items returned will be repaired, exchanged, and returned to buyer. In the unlikely event we are unable to repair or exchange the full cost of the goods purchased will be repaid. This return policy excludes goods that have been damaged, misused, incorrectly connected or have been subject to electrical surges or spikes.
6. All prices quoted are Nett Ex Works and exclude packing, insurance and carriage, unless agreed by HeyMot prior to despatch. HeyMot will advise the packing, insurance and carriage charge at the time of an enquiry.
7. If the purchaser arranges collection liability for insurance and carriage is the responsibly of the purchaser at the point of collection from our premises.
8. If equipment delivery is arranged by HeyMot and the equipment is received damaged. HeyMot must be advised by phone immediately the equipment is received and then the damaged confirmed in writing within a maximum of 3 days of receipt (Email or recorded delivery mail) for claims to be considered. All packaging material should be retained for HeyMot to make a claim against the carrier.
9. Payment will be accepted by Paypal, Cash, Cheque with bankers guarantee card, Bank Draft or other means accepted by HeyMot. In the case of Cheques not supported by bankers guarantee card, the equipment will be despatched immediately the cheque has been cleared by our bank. (typically 4 working days)
10. HeyMot do not accept any liability to the purchaser for any consequential loss or damage, costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever which arises out of, or in connection with the supply or use of the equipment purchased.
11. Prices and availability information is subject to change without notice.
12. By purchasing equipment from HeyMot you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and are construed according to English Law.
